Where do I begin… we hired Memory Lane Wedding and Events for our DIY wedding at the beautiful Bidja Estate. We utilised their bar staff and the incredible Alicia as our on the day coordinator.

Alicia was worth her weight in gold! She is absolutely superb at her job and did not stop from start to finish! Alicia ensured that our large guest list of 150 people were well looked after as well as my husband and I. She made sure the day ran smoothly as well as to schedule and helped bring my vision to life. I was able to relax and enjoy the whole event without a worry in the world. The day simply would not have been what it was without her. All of the work she does behind the scenes is done so promptly and professionally. She is the calm all brides need on their special day.

If you are considering whether you need a coordinator or not, do not think twice- it was the best money we spent on our perfect day! Could not recommend them any more!

We hired the Florence Bar for our wedding & it was beautiful! Alicia was really professional & quick to respond to emails - they also brought a great wet weather tarp option for their set up, which was great! Would highly recommend!

All I can say is wow! These guys are amazing. Having Alicia as our wedding coordinator was just perfect. Nothing was ever too much to ask, she was like a magical fairy through the whole day!! Our drinks service was just spot on, drinks being touched up throughout dinner as well as our water. Truly couldn’t recommend any higher. It was so amazing to have you guys there to make our special day easy and stress free, so thankyou!

My partner and I contacted Memory Lane Wedding and Events a month out from our wedding as we were getting completely overwhelmed by the day-of tasks that were adding up. We hired Alicia for wedding coordination and set-up/pack-down of our reception decor for our wedding day. From the first time we spoke to Alicia she was so understanding, kind, efficient and an absolute pleasure to collaborate with. I had Nathan and the crew provide drinks at a large (85+) birthday party. They brough beautiful Florence the drinks caravan around , setup and proceeded to make everyone's night. So many people provided glowing feed back over the following days.
Great drinks, great cocktails, great service, great rapport and banter. What can I say it was... GREAT lol
Also Nathan provided great advice in planning the event in terms of the most popular drinks to serve and the quantities to purchase.
Highly recommend them.

Alicia and Nathan from Memory Lane were probably the standout vendors from our event where we had all the very best. Not meeting them prior due to Covid was no issue as Alicia was on email to me for all the support and questions I had prior to the day and multiple phone calls in the lead up. She asked questions I hadn’t thought of and recommended certain things based on her experience that just made the whole day flow better - but it was once the wedding started that she shone. Even guests said to me “who was that woman - she was EVERYWHERE, doing everything!” She looked after me, carrying my dress, feeding me, making sure I had a drink in my hand, making sure I was where I was meant to be in the midst of an unbelievably fun day that whipped by in a blur and all I can think now is how much she impacted the kind of day my hubby and I and our entire bridal party had on the day. Can not recommend enough. If you think you don’t need her; you’re WRONG.

Having memory lane as apart of our special day was the best decision we made ! Not only do Alicia and Nathan provide an incredible bar and coordinating service they are also both absolute legends who we loved having at our wedding. Almost 1 week on and ourselves and our guests cannot stop raving about how perfect the day was and how delicious the cocktails were (seriously best espresso martinis ever) . We had 40 degree heat, thunder, rain and rainbows and Alicia adapted and assisted guests with anything they needed throughout the day. You guys are the best. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
